Shipping and shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours maximum after receiving your payment for products in stock (out-of-stock products are reported on the product sheet). Petanque Web is free to choose the carrier for order shipping. Whatever shipping mode you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online. The delivery times on the part of our carriers can be 24 hours to 72 hours. In case of non-compliance, only the carrier is held responsible.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and post fees. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order, as well as the destination of the package. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay for each of them. Your parcel is shipped to your own risks, a special care is provided to the package containing fragile products.

The customer remains solely responsible for the claims and reservations to the carrier. Any damage found shall be notified on the carrier's receipt. Attention, the mention "subject to unpackage" will not be accepted. After the 48-hour period, upon receipt of goods, no claim may be admitted, if not made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Any delay in delivery, our shipments delivered to the carriers on the scheduled date, cannot result in compensation or cancellation.

Any delivery outside France Métropole may result in additional customs charges. These costs remain at the expense of the customer.

Back / Exchange

In case of return and exchange of a product, the shipping costs go and return remain at the customer's expense and are defined by Petanque Web. Exception made in case of error on the part of Petanque Web or on certain products of which it is clearly announced on the product sheet of our site that the exchange is offered

To the extent that the order relates to products manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements, therefore custom products (for example, with marking), no right of withdrawal, termination or restitution can be granted (according to article 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code)

Fraude

The customer who is in charge of any attempt to use discount vouchers would be voided and risked financial penalties and legal consequences.

In the event of a refusal of payment following a payment several times by bank card, the establishment of a payment injunction in the competent courts will be carried out by our collection service.

We do not send our goods in counter-refund, and we reserve the right not to execute an order if the customer presents a financial risk. The property of the goods remains ours until the total payment of the amount due.

Any delay in settlement will result in billing fees and agios, at the rate in effect on the date of delivery.

Delay interest will be charged at the rate of 2%, per month of delay, after the first instalment.

We reserve the right to resume the goods, without any formality, and upon request. Unless postponed by us, the default of payment of the goods invoiced, as scheduled, will result in the immediate requirement of the remaining amount, regardless of the method of settlement initially granted.

In the event of a dispute or dispute, the only competent jurisdiction shall be the Court of Commerce of Aix en Provence.

Any order placed by our customers implies, on their part, the full knowledge and acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
